I thought I would try to open up the conversation here as it relates to Mike Stolte’s presentation. I hope that I’m not the only one to post here. This is actually my very first time using a “forum”, not just RIPPLE, but any forum for that matter. It is easy! So any of you out there, that are a little hesistant - give it try. If I can do, you can do it. Remember Mike will respond to the forum after his vacation with his family this week, but don’t let that stop you from talking with others about it, until then.

It’s amazing how communities are so much alike. I like that his town choose an identity which was rich with history and culture. He’s right...people will drive out of their way to visit and want to live in communities that not only identify themselves but pull together for the common good. Anita

I split myself up into giving time to both groups. I’m sorry you couldn’t have made it because it was a very good conference. Ask Yvette about the video. It was great and the Ford Institute purchased it. Winston is a great community to work in and the locals come by my office to chat quite frequently. I would like very much to be part of the second class. I’m not sure how to get on the list but let me know when it is time.
