How about adding a robust, fully-featured on-line Gantt chart to RIPPLE? It would probably be useful to any cohort, and especially one like North Curry County that is widely disbursed geographically.
I know a Gantt Chart can be created using MS Excel, but that involves uploading and downloading files, something of a problem for people in rural areas who are limited to slow dial-up Internet access.
