Rural Development Initiatives is looking for a Finance Director to join their team. This position is responsible for maintaining and strategically improving the financial systems necessary to support the organization’s overall operations. This position ensures timely financial performance information, preparation of GAAP financials for audit, and compliance with all regulatory authorities. This position also maintains appropriate internal controls; analyzes and evaluates the organization’s fiscal position; and conducts short/long term financial planning to align resources with strategic plan goals.

The Finance Director will work out of RDI's main office in Eugene. The deadline to apply is September 27, 2011 at 5:00 pm.
